I really enjoyed the journeys into the subconscious. The sessions made me realize I did not believe in myself enough, although I thought I did! I will keep getting my confidence levels up using the visualization techniques Elisabetta thought me and listening to her relaxation track. Elisabetta is a very good coach and mentor too.
